Welcome to Order Samurai ("Service", "Software", "We", "Us"). By installing, downloading, accessing, or using Order Samurai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms").

1. Scope of Agreement & Software Tiers

Order Samurai operates under a dual-tier distribution model:

1. Open Source Core (OSS Core): Licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Includes four-pillar scoring engines, CLI security hooks (prompt-injection guard and secret-detection log), and basic alerting capabilities.
2. Order Samurai Pro (Commercial Tier): Commercial software licensed per user on a lifetime basis ($199 one-time purchase). Includes background health checks and patch staging for explicit human review and approval, extended telemetry time windows, and offline perpetual license key activation.

2. 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Order Samurai Pro.

• Guarantee Term: Every purchase of Order Samurai Pro includes a 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee.
• How to Request a Refund: Contact the seller through your Gumroad purchase receipt or email support@agentica-llc.biz within 14 days of purchase. Keep your receipt for reference.
• Processing: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Upon refund issuance, the associated Pro license key will be deactivated.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

3.1 Pro Perpetual License

Subject to payment of the applicable $199 fee, We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and run Order Samurai Pro on your developer devices.

Each Pro license key can be activated on up to three (3) of your developer devices. Every successful activation uses one seat, including re-activating the same device after a reinstall; deactivating a device does not free its seat. To reset the count after replacing a device, email support@agentica-llc.biz with your purchase receipt.

3.2 Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you shall not reverse-engineer or crack offline license key verification mechanisms, or redistribute/resell license keys to unauthorized third parties.

4. Security & Performance Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE ORDER SAMURAI IMPLEMENTS PATTERN-BASED PROMPT-INJECTION INTERCEPTION, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL PREVENT 100% OF ALL PROMPT INJECTIONS OR RUNAWAY SPEND.

5. Privacy & Data Ownership

Order Samurai performs local analysis by default and collects no product telemetry. Optional third-party AI review requires explicit opt-in and sends review content to your selected provider under that provider's terms. Pro activation validates the key with Gumroad. Until the first successful check after the 21-day refund window, the software re-checks the key with Gumroad at most once a day and reverts to Free if Gumroad reports a refund, chargeback or disabled key; after that, entitlement checks are local unless you run samurai license --refresh. A machine that cannot reach Gumroad keeps its entitlement, so please deactivate it after a refund.
