2. Order Samurai Pro (Commercial Tier): Commercial software licensed per user on a lifetime basis ($199 one-time purchase). Includes Nightly Dojo automated regression runs, autonomous reflex remediation, maker-checker patch staging, extended telemetry time windows, and offline perpetual license key activation.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

3.2 Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you shall not reverse-engineer or crack offline license key verification mechanisms, or redistribute/resell license keys to unauthorized third parties.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE ORDER SAMURAI IMPLEMENTS FAIL-CLOSED DEFENSES AND ATT&CK KILL CHAIN PATTERN INTERCEPTION, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL PREVENT 100% OF ALL PROMPT INJECTIONS OR RUNAWAY SPEND.

5. Privacy & Data Ownership

Order Samurai is engineered with a zero-cloud telemetry architecture. All logs, telemetry, secret scrubbing records, and Dojo state files remain 100% on your local machine (~/.samurai/). We do not collect, transmit, or store your code or prompts.
